  1. Family Refunds cannot disclose the source of your funds unless we have your signed authority.
  2. Family Refunds (fee) is payable of all monies recovered, upon recovery of funds.
    Our Commission Fees of Refunded Money is 20% AUD of all monies refunded plus GST, for any Refunded Money, shares or assets as the case may be.
  3. The recovery fees are to be paid from the clients unclaimed money claim.
    (There is no upfront charges)
    The client understands they will receive the balance deposited electronically to their nominated bank account. The client accepts they are responsible for providing correct information and that incorrect information may cause delays in receiving their unclaimed money.
  4. Once Authority to Release is signed the claimant cannot withdraw from our services to recover the claim themselves.
    Should the claimant withdraw from supplying relevant documents requested (within the client ability) to complete the claim, the client will still be liable to pay the recovery fee.
    Upon refusal to supply extra documents Family Refunds will give 7 days notice to the client, the clients file will be closed and payment of our fee will be required.
  5. Family Refunds will use due diligence, skill and care to Refund the monies owing as quickly as possible but will not be liable for delays caused by other parties or matters which are not within its control.
  6. Should litigation be commenced or an attorney employed to enforce payment of the recovery fee pursuant to this agreement, the client agrees to pay such additional sum as the court may adjudge reasonable as attorney’s fees in said litigation.
  7. Family Refunds accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information provided via any correspondence and or communications.
    The accuracy or reliability of information provided is not guaranteed or warranted in any way and, Family Refunds its agencies, representatives, subsidiaries and affiliates disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including & without limitation, liability for accuracy, quality, performance, or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.
  8. These Terms & Conditions can be varied at any time by Family Refunds upon the giving of 7 days notice in writing to the Client detailing such changes.
